~v. childress photography retains copyright to all images captured. It is illegal to scan, copy, or reproduce the work of v.childress photography in any manner or medium and punishable by law with fines starting at $150,000.  As an artist, v. childress photography wishes to have complete control over the final look of her client’s images, and scanned images damage her reputation as a photographer by distorting and devaluing the image quality. Thank you for respecting the work of v. childress photography, and choosing to not reproduce her images.

~images may be used as advertisement, including but not limited to use in my portfolio, website, blog, ads for magazines or newspapers, marketing materials or displays.

~ the session fee will be included on the same invoice as the client’s product order.  The invoice will need to be paid in full before products can be picked up/delivered.

~any images not ordered will be deleted…ordered images are kept in an archive file for one year.

~orders will be placed once payment in full is received. We accept payment by cash, check, or paypal (email will be needed for a paypal invoice).

~due to the custom nature of the work, all sales are final.
